ลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์:

ซาลอนพาสพลาสเตอร์บรรเทาปวดเป็นพลาสเตอร์สีน้ำตาลอ่อนถึงน้ำตาลประกอบด้วยผ้ายืดได้และติดแน่นด้วยแผ่นฟิล์มพลาสติก

ตัวยาสำคัญถูกดูดซึมผ่านผิวหนังสำหรับบรรเทาอาการปวดและอักเสบเฉพาะที่

ข้อบ่งใช้:

  • ซาลอนพาส พลาสเตอร์บรรเทาปวด สำหรับอาการเจ็บ ปวด ที่มีสาเหตุจาก:
  • ■ คอแข็งตึง
  • ■ ปวดไหล่
  • ■ ปวดข้อ
  • ■ ข้ออักเสบ
  • ■ ปวดหลัง
  • ■ อาการแข็งตึง
  • ■ อาการฟกช้ำ
  • ■ อาการเคล็ด
ขนาดยาที่แนะนำ:

ผู้ใหญ่และเด็กอายุตั้งแต่ 12 ปีขึ้นไป:

  • ■ ทำความสะอาดบริเวณที่มีอาการและทำให้แห้ง
  • ■ ดึงพลาสเตอร์จากแผ่นฟิล์มและปิดลงบนผิวหนัง
  • ■ ห้ามใช้เกินวันละ 4 แผ่น
  • ■ ในแต่ละครั้งใช้เพียง 1 แผ่นต่อบริเวณที่มีอาการ
  • ■ ใช้ไม่เกิน 2 แผ่นต่อบริเวณที่มีอาการต่อวัน
  • ■ แต่ละแผ่นปิดทิ้งไว้ได้ 8-12 ชั่วโมง
  • ■ ห้ามใช้เกิน 5 วันติดต่อกันในแต่ละครั้ง
  • เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี: ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนใช้
  • วิธีการใช้ยา: ยาใช้ภายนอก
  • ข้อห้ามใช้: ห้ามใช้ในผู้ที่มีประวัติแพ้ยาแอสไพรินหรือซาลิไซเลท
คำเตือนและข้อควรระวัง:

ผู้้ามใช้:

  • ■ ห้ามใช้บริเวณที่มีบาดแผลเปิด, ผิวหนังถูกทำลาย, ดวงตา หรือเนื้อเยื่ออ่อน
  • ■ ห้ามใช้ร่วมกับแผ่นประคบร้อน
  • ■ ห้ามใช้นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้
  • ปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัชกรก่อนใช้ยา หาก:
  • ■ มีประวัติการแพ้ยาบรรเทาปวดที่ใช้ภายนอกชนิดอื่น
  • ■ ใช้ยาอื่นอยู่
  • หยุดใช้ยาและปรึกษาแพทย์หาก:
  • ■ อาการเลวลงหรืออาการไม่ดีขึ้นภายใน 5 วัน
  • ■ อาการหายและเกิดขึ้นใหม่ภายใน 2-3 วัน
อันตรกิริยากับยาอื่นๆ:
  • ■ หากใช้ยานี้อย่างถูกต้อง ตัวยาสำคัญจะถูกดูดซึมเข้าสู่ร่างกายในปริมาณน้อยมาก
    ซึ่งจะลดความเสี่ยงของการเกิดอันตรกิริยากับยาอื่น
  • ■ อย่างไรก็ตามหากผู้ป่วยมีการใช้ยากลุ่มต้านการจับตัวเป็นก้อนหรือลิ่มของเลือดเช่นยาwarfarinการใช้ยาเกินขนาดอาจเพิ่มการเกิดภาวะเลือดไหล

อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ :
  • ■ อาจพบอาการข้างเคียงคือ: ระคายเคืองผิวหนังเช่นอาการผิวหนังร้อนแดง, ผิวหนังไหม้, ลมพิษ, ผื่น, คัน
  • ■ หากพบอาการข้างเคียงร้ายแรงหรือมีอาการข้างเคียงนอกเหนือจากอาการดังกล่าวข้างต้นให้หยุดยาและปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัชกร
การได้รับยาเกินขนาดและวิธีการรักษา:
  • ■ หากใช้ยาซาลอนพาส พลาสเตอร์บรรเทาปวดเกินกว่าที่กำหนด ควรปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัชกรทันที
  • ■ ยังไม่มีรายงานการได้รับยาเกินขนาดสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์นี้
  • ■ หากกลืนกิน ให้ขอความช่วยเหลือทางแพทย์ทันที
สภาวะการเก็บรักษา:
  • ■ เก็บยาให้พ้นมือเด็ก
  • ■ บรรจุภัณฑ์ไม่ได้ป้องกันการเปิดโดยเด็ก
  • ■ เก็บที่อุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า 25 เซลเซียส
  • ■ เก็บผลิตภัณฑ์ยาโดยหลีกเลี่ยงการถูกแสงโดยตรงและที่ที่มีความชื้น
  • ■ เก็บรักษาในบรรจุภัณฑ์
  • ■ หลังเปิดซองใช้แล้วควรพับปากซอง

  • 1,3,5,10 และ 15 แผ่น

Product description:

SALONPAS® Pain Relief patch is a light brown to brown medicated patch. It is composed of a flexible backing cloth and adhesive mass which is protected by a plastic film.

Pharmacodynamic/Pharmacokinetics:

Salonpas® Pain Relief Patch is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory product. The active ingredients are absorbed through the skin and acting topically for relief of pain and inflammation.

Indication:

  • SALONPAS® Pain Relief patch is used for relief of aches and pains associated with:
  • ■ stiff neck
  • ■ sore shoulder
  • ■ joint pain
  • ■ arthritis
  • ■ backache
  • ■ strains
  • ■ bruises
  • ■ sprains
Recommended Dose:

Adults and children 12 years of age and above:

  • ■ Clean and dry effected area
  • ■ Remove patch from backing film and apply to skin
  • ■ Do not use more than a total of 4 patches per day
  • ■ Use only 1 patch at a time per affected area
  • ■ Do not use more than 2 patches per day
  • ■ Pasted patch can leave for 8 - 12 hours
  • ■ Do not use patches for more than 5 day in a row
  • Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor
  • Mode of administration: For external use only
  • Contraindication: Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.
Warning and precaution:

Do not use:

  • ■ on open wounds, damaged skin, eyes or mucosa.
  • ■ with a heating pad
  • ■ otherwise than as directed
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
  • ■allergic to external analgesic products
  • ■taking other medicine
  • Stop use and ask a doctor if :
  • ■your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 5 days of treatment.
  • ■symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days
  •  
Interactions with other medicaments:
  • ■ If use this medicine correctly, medicine will be absorbed to the body in few quantity which reduce the interactions with other medicaments
  • ■ However, if user is using the blood concentration Ex.Warfarin over using of medicine may increase the blood circulation
  • ■ Counter-irritants and analgesics may act synergistically.
Pregnancy and lactation:
  • If pregnant of breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Undesirable effects:
  • ■ You may experience the following side effects: Skin irritation such as erythema, burning sensation, hives, skin rashes, pruritus.
  • ■ If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effect not listed above, stop use and tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Overdose and treatment:
  • ■ If you use more SALONPAS than you should, talk to a doctor or a pharmacist immediately.
  • ■ No case of overdose has been reported with this product.
  • ■ If swallowed, get medical help immediately.
Storage condition :
  • ■ Keep out of reach of children.
  • ■ Package not child resistant.
  • ■ Store below 25℃.
  • ■ Protect product from excessive moisture and avoid storing product in direct sunlight
  • ■ Store in the container
  • ■ Fold after open sachet
